Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Coat a non-stick baking sheet with
Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed)
and set aside.
Step 2
Cut
Zucchini (2)
into 3-inch x 1/2-inch strips
Step 3
In a small bowl, combine the
Non-Fat Milk (120 mL)
and
Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Egg (1)
. Mix well.
Step 4
In a separate small bowl, combine the
Seasoned Breadcrumbs (45 g)
and
Shredded Parmesan Cheese (50 g)
. Mix well.
Step 5
Coat the zucchini strips with the milk-egg mixture, followed by the breadcrumb-cheese mixture.
Step 6
Place the coated zucchini strips onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.
Step 7
Best served with seasoned
Sour Cream (to taste)
cream or
Ketchup (to taste)
