Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Spray a 8 or 9-inch springform pan with Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed) .
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine the Butter (90 g) , Garlic (4 cloves) , Italian Flat-Leaf Parsley (10 g) , Salt (3 g) , and Ground Black Pepper (1 g) . Mix well and set aside.
Step 3
Unroll the Pizza Dough (1 can) and place on a flat surface. Using either a sharp knife or pizza cutter, cut dough rectangle into 4 rows lengthwise and 8 rows across.
Step 4
Use a pastry brush to spread the butter mixture evenly over the surface of the dough.
Step 5
Place one Little Smokie Sausages (1 pckg) crosswise in the center of a dough rectangle and wrap dough around it. Repeat with remaining dough and smokies.
Step 6
Stack the wrapped smokies in a circle in the center of the prepared foil so the smokies are all standing on end.
Step 7
Use your hands to shape the foil up and around the outside of the circle of smokies so they are secured in place, only going 2/3 of the way up from the bottom. Drizzle the remaining butter over the top. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until breaded areas are golden brown.
Step 8
Transfer to a serving plate, if desired, and serve immediately with Ketchup (to taste) , Marinara Sauce (to taste) , or Yellow Mustard (to taste) , for dipping.
