Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Coat a 5x9 loaf pan with cooking spray and set aside. Finely chop the

Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the
Ground Beef (905 g)
, onion, Ritz® Crackers, beaten egg,
Milk (240 mL)
,
Ketchup (115 g)
,
McCormick® Garlic Powder (2 g)
,
Salt (6 g)
and
Ground Black Pepper (1 g)
. Mix together with your hands until combined.
Step 3
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Place the pan on a rimmed baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 1 1/2 hours.
Step 4
In a small bowl, mix
Ketchup (175 g)
,
Brown Sugar (55 g)
,
Apricot Preserves (80 g)
, and
Worcestershire Sauce (15 mL)
. Mix well.
Step 5
Spread half of the mixture evenly over the meatloaf halfway through baking.
Step 6
Reserve the remainder of the sauce for dipping and/or topping. Let meatloaf sit for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
