Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
Melt Light Butter (5 g) in the ramekin. Spread evenly to coat the bottom.
Step 3
Line the dish with the Deli Honey Ham (1 slice) .
Step 4
In a separate bowl, crack the Egg (1) . You want to make sure your yolk doesn't break, so in case it does, having it in a separate bowl will make it easier to discard. Carefully pour the egg in the ramekin over the ham.
Step 5
Bake for 10 minutes or until the egg whites are firm.
Step 6
Remove from oven and sprinkle with Pepper Jack Cheese (7 g) , Salt (to taste) , and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) . Place back in oven for 5 minutes until the rest of the egg is firm.
Step 7
Garnish with Scallions (to taste) . Serve and enjoy!
