I started off as most bartenders do as a barback 20 years ago. Worked my way up to bartender and then as bar manager. I've also worked as a rum ambassador for Mount Gay Rum. For the last few years I've been fortunate to work as a beverage consultant.
My favorite cocktail is Dark Rum and Tonic with a lime wedge.
