Step 1
In a mixing tin, add the Banks 5 Island Blend Rum (1.5 fl oz) , MARTINI Riserva Speciale Bitter (0.5 fl oz) , Grapefruit Juice (0.8 fl oz) , 0.75 fl oz of Lime Juice (1) , and Honey Simple Syrup (0.5 fl oz) .
Step 2
Fill the tin with Ice (as needed) and shake vigorously. Strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe.
Step 3
Garnish with a lime peel and serve.
