To a tall glass, add the
Lime Wedges (4)

Caster Sugar (2 tsp)

Step 2
Bruise the
Fresh Mint Leaves (12)
by clapping them between your palms, then rub them on the rim of the glass and drop them in. Muddle everything together with a muddler or the end of a rolling pin.
Step 3
Fill the glass with
Ice (to taste)
add the
BACARDÍ® Superior Rum (3 1/3 Tbsp)
and stir.
Step 4
Top with more
Ice (to taste)

Fresh Mint (1 sprig)
, and
Soda Water (1 2/3 Tbsp)
