Step 1
Add Ice (to taste) to one-half of the shaker. Muddle Fresh Strawberries (4) in another half. Then add BACARDÍ® Superior Rum (3 Tbsp) , juice from Lime (1) and Caster Sugar (1 Tbsp) .
Step 2
Stir to dissolve the sugar. Shake vigorously until cold.
Step 3
Double strain into a coupette glass and serve.
