Step 1
Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
Step 2
Place the
Zucchini (1)
and
Yellow Squash (1)
on paper towels and season them with a generous sprinkling of salt.
Step 3
While the zucchini/squash release their liquid, prepare the seasoning mix. In a bowl, combine the
Roasted Sesame Seeds (5 g)
,
McCormick® Garlic Powder (3 g)
,
Onion Powder (1 g)
,
Salt (1 pinch)
,
Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch)
, and
Ground Nutmeg (1 pinch)
and set aside.
Step 4
Begin shaping your
Pizza Dough (1)
on a half-sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Stretch the dough with your hands, doing your best to stretch from the middle outward.
Step 5
Drizzle the dough with
Heavy Cream (30 mL)
and then sprinkle the dough all over with the seasoning mix.
Step 6
Press the zucchini/squash slices dry and then place them all across the pizza dough leaving about ½-1 -inch border around the edge. Place the pizza in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
Step 7
Remove the pizza from the oven and break two balls of Burrata over the pizza. Drizzle all over with
Basil Pesto (to taste)
. Allow the
Burrata Cheese (225 g)
to rest on the pizza for about 2 minutes before serving. The heat from the pizza will help it to warm through.
Step 8
Serve with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan and a pinch of red pepper flakes.
