Step 1
Mix the Fresh Raspberries (125 g) , Fresh Strawberries (250 g) , and Fresh Blueberries (120 g) together in a bowl with the Sugar-Free Blackberry Jam (20 g) . Spoon into a baking dish and set aside.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 340 degrees F (170 degrees C).
Step 3
In a large bowl, sift the Cake Flour (205 g) , then stir in the Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (45 g) , Ground Cinnamon (3 g) , Brown Sugar (25 g) , Baking Powder (6 g) , and Salt (2 g) . Then rub in the Butter (90 g) .
Step 4
Stir in the Milk (120 mL) (plus 3 more tablespoons), Honey (20 g) , Yolk of the Egg (1) , and Vanilla Essence (5 mL) .
Step 5
Dollop the crumble crisp onto the berries with a large spoon, leaving some gaps for air to escape.
Step 6
Bake in the center of the oven for about 30 minutes, until the crumble crisp is golden on the outside and is cake-y towards the berries.
Step 7
Cool for 15 minutes, then serve with whipped cream or ice cream. Enjoy!
