Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
Step 2
Line a baking sheet with foil. Spray with
Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed)

Step 3
Cut
Turkey Breasts (905 g)
into serving-sized pieces.
Salt (to taste)
and Pepper
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
on both sides.
Step 4
In a small bowl, stir together the
Mayonnaise (45 g)
and
Spicy Brown Mustard (15 g)
. Brush the mixture on both sides of the turkey cutlets.
Step 5
In a shallow dish, combine the
Panko Breadcrumbs (50 g)

Dried Parsley (as needed)
,
Salt (2 g)
, and
Ground Black Pepper (as needed)
. Coat both sides of the turkey well with the crumb mixture.
Step 6
Place on the baking sheet. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes until the breading is golden and the turkey has reached an internal temperature of 170 degrees F (75 degrees C). Remove from the oven and let rest. Do not overcook.
Step 7
To make the sauce, combine
Soy Sauce (60 mL)
,
Spicy Brown Mustard (60 g)
,
Sweet Chili Sauce (50 g)
,
Water (30 mL)
,
Butter (15 g)
,
Honey (20 g)
, and
McCormick® Garlic Powder (as needed)
in a small saucepan. Heat and stir until smooth. Simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and keep warm until serving.
