Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) and grease a loaf pan with
Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed)
, or line it with parchment paper.
Step 2
Combine
Bananas (2)
,
All-Purpose Flour (185 g)
,
Baking Soda (5 g)
,
Ground Cinnamon (3 g)
,
Salt (3 g)
,
Vanilla Extract (5 mL)
,
Eggs (2)
,
Maple Syrup (120 mL)
, and
Olive Oil (45 mL)
in a large bowl and mix to combine until smooth.
Step 3
Add
Maple Syrup (30 mL)
and
Ground Cinnamon (5 g)
to a small bowl and stir to combine, until smooth.
Step 4
Pour half of the batter into the greased loaf pan, then pour half the syrup and cinnamon marbling mix into the pan and swirl/marble, using a fork or knife.
Step 5
Repeat step 4 with the remaining batter and marbling mix.
Step 6
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Step 7
Allow to cool for 15-20 minutes, remove from the loaf pan, cut into slices and enjoy!
