Author's Notes

If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. Reheat in the microwave for 1-2 minutes.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Begin by creating a slurry by mixing Corn Starch (7 g) into Water (30 mL) .
Step 2
Add the Chicken Breasts (455 g) to a bowl or large plastic bag with Coconut Aminos (80 mL) , Garlic (2 cloves) , Fresh Ginger (4 g) , Apple Cider Vinegar (15 mL) , Sesame Oil (5 mL) , Honey (40 g) , and the slurry. Place in the fridge for at least one hour to marinate.
Step 3
While the chicken is marinating, soak wooden skewers for at least 20 minutes, if using.
Step 4
Preheat the grill to medium heat. Thread the chicken, Red Bell Pepper (1) , Red Onion (1) , and Zucchini (1) onto the skewers. Place skewers onto the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, until cooked through.
Step 5
Serve garnished with Sesame Seeds (to taste) and Scallions (to taste) , if desired.
