Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Use paper towels to pat dry the
Halibut (455 g)

In a large oven-safe skillet or baking dish, add the
Asparagus (1 bunch)
. Top with the halibut filets and
Cherry Tomatoes (300 g)

Step 3
Season everything with
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (15 mL)

Salt (6 g)

Ground Black Pepper (1 g)
. Squeeze
Lemon Juice (1/2)
on top and sprinkle the fish with
Garlic (4 cloves)
and
Fresh Dill (as needed)

Step 4
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Set the oven to broil and broil on high for 3 minutes.
Step 6
Remove the pan from the oven and serve with rice or couscous. Enjoy!
