Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Step 2
Place Frozen Fully Cooked Breaded Chicken Breasts (225 g) on the baking sheet and cook for 5 minutes less than the instructions on the package directions. Then cut the chicken into about ¼-inch size cubes.
Step 3
In a small mixing bowl, combine Marinara Sauce (340 g) , Grated Parmesan Cheese (50 g) , McCormick® Garlic Powder (2 g) , and Italian Seasoning (as needed) . Mix well.
Step 4
Assemble the zucchini boat. Place the Zucchini (2) on the baking sheet. Add cubed chicken, then marinara sauce mixture, and top with Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (45 g) .
Step 5
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the zucchini is cooked.
Step 6
Serve garnished with Fresh Basil (1 stalk) .
