Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Mix the Egg (1) , Oil (60 mL) , and Greek Yogurt (120 g) .
Step 2
Peel and mash the Bananas (5) . You want 2 cups of mashed banana.
Step 3
Mix the bananas with the yogurt mixture along with Milk (60 mL) and Vanilla Extract (5 mL) .
Step 4
Add the Whole Wheat Flour (120 g) , All-Purpose Flour (125 g) , Baking Soda (5 g) , Baking Powder (2 g) , Granulated Sugar (100 g) , Salt (3 g) and chopped Walnuts (60 g) .
Step 5
Mix until combined.
Step 6
Pour the batter into greased mini loaf pans or a 9 x 5 greased loaf pan. Sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and Ground Cinnamon (to taste) if needed.
Step 7
Bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for about an hour until the bread is done. Use a tooth pick to check if the bread is done. If you use a mini loaf pan, bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
Step 8
Let cool on a wire rack before serving. Enjoy!
