Step 1
Heat the
Olive Oil (10 mL)
in a pot and add the
Onions (110 g)
and
Garlic (2 cloves)
. Sauté until the onions are cooked.
Step 2
Add the
Tomatoes (135 g)
,
Water (720 mL)
,
Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
. Bring to a boil.
Step 3
Add the
Orzo Pasta (85 g)
and cook for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Then add
Broccoli (275 g)
and the
Carrots (35 g)
and cook until the pasta is done (follow package instructions).
Step 5
Garnish with spring onions if needed.
