Step 1
Boil, peel and coarsely mash the
Potatoes (720 mL)

Mix with
Fresh Spinach (480 mL)

Chili Powder (3 g)

Feta Cheese (75 g)
,
Ground Coriander (1 g)
,
Ground Cumin (as needed)
,
Salt (to taste)
, and
Ground Turmeric (1 pinch)
. Set filling aside.
Step 3
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step 4
Take each
Green Bell Peppers (9)
and remove the top portion. Remove the seeds from the inside. Place the cleaned peppers in boiling water for about 7 minutes. Flip once in the middle if the peppers are not fully submerged in water.
Step 5
Remove the peppers and stuff them with the filling. Place the peppers on a greased baking sheet and bake for 30 - 40 minutes until the skin looks shriveled.
Step 6
Heat
Olive Oil (5 mL)
and add
Cumin Seeds (as needed)
.
Step 7
Add
Onions (150 g)
and
Ginger Garlic Paste (7 g)
.
Step 8
When the onion are cooked, add the
Tomato Sauce (480 g)
,
Salt (to taste)
,
Chili Powder (2 g)
, and
Ground Coriander (1 g)
. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 9
Pour the sauce over the peppers and serve!
