Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Coarsely mash the Red Kidney Beans (270 g) and set aside.
Step 2
Heat Olive Oil (5 mL) . Add Cumin Seeds (2 g) and Garlic (2 cloves) and sauté for a few seconds.
Step 3
Add the Onions (35 g) and sauté until beginning to brown.
Step 4
Add the beans, Salt (to taste) , and Chili Powder (as needed) . Mix and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Heat a griddle and place a Tortillas (4) on it. Spread the bean mixture on one half of it and sprinkle with Cheese (80 g) .
Step 6
Fold the tortillas in a semi-circle and allow it to brown on both sides.
Step 7
Remove from heat and allow to rest for a few minutes. Slice and serve.
