Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease a sheet pan with oil and set aside.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix Ground Turkey (455 g) , Egg (1) , Breadcrumbs (25 g) , Fresh Parsley (10 g) , Garlic (1 clove) , Shallots (40 g) , Tomato Paste (15 g) , Salt (6 g) and Ground Black Pepper (2 g) together thoroughly with your hands.
Step 3
Roll into about 20 meatballs and place on pan.
Step 4
Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes or until cooked through and not pink in the middle.
