Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

Mix
Spicy Italian Sausage Links (455 g)

Yukon Gold Potatoes (6)

Cremini Mushrooms (100 g)
,
Tomatillos (240 mL)
,
Garlic (1 handful)
,
Shallots (2)
,
Olive Oil (60 mL)
,
Bay Leaves (2)
,
Dried Thyme (4 g)
,
Dried Rosemary (3 g)
, and
Balsamic Vinegar (15 mL)
together in a baking pan coating everything evenly.
Step 3
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Remove foil and mix ingredients so they don’t stick to the pan. Bake uncovered for another 30-45 minutes or until potatoes are cooked through and golden brown.
Step 5
Keep checking and feel free to mix every now and then depending on how caramelized or crispy you like everything.
