Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2
Wash and cut the
Sweet Potato (1)
and
Carrots (6)
into 1/2-inch wide batons.
Step 3
In a large baking sheet, toss carrots and sweet potatoes with
Olive Oil (30 mL)
,
Dried Mixed Herbs (9 g)
,
Salt (6 g)
, and
Ground Black Pepper (1 g)
.
Step 4
Arrange in a single layer and make sure to flip the fries over two or three times to brown evenly. Bake for about 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp. Keep an eye on them making sure not to burn.
Step 5
Serve with garlic aioli or your favorite condiment.
