Step 1
Melt the
Unsalted Butter (40 g)
over low hear in a large pot. Stir in the
Canned Pumpkin Purée (75 g)
and heat through for about 30 seconds.
Step 2
Stir in the
Marshmallows (285 g)
. When they are almost completely melted, stir in the
Pumpkin Pie Spice (2 g)
,
Instant Espresso Powder (1 g)
, and
Salt (2 g)
. Turn off the heat and cool for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Stir in the
Rice Krispies® Cereal (160 g)
. Spray an 8x8 baking dish with nonstick spray. Spread the mixture into the dish and press gently with a greased spatula.
Step 4
Add
Sprinkles (to taste)
if you like.
Step 5
Let the treats set up for 30 minutes, then slice into nine squares and serve!
