Step 1
Combine
Chicken (455 g)
minced
Celery (2 stalks)

Frank's® RedHot® Sauce (120 mL)
and
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (85 g)

Step 2
Beat the
Egg (1)
in a separate bowl. Lay out one of the
Spring Roll Wrappers (12)
.
Step 3
Add 2 tablespoons of the mixture to the bottom of the wrapper.
Step 4
Roll the spring roll up, fold in sides, and secure the top corner with beaten egg.
Step 5
Heat the
Canola Oil (as needed)
to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Fry in batches until golden. Drain on a paper towel lined plate.
Step 6
Serve with
Blue Cheese Dressing (to taste)
