Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Cream the
Vegetable Shortening (205 g)

Brown Sugar (220 g)

. Add in the

and mix until combined.
Step 3
Sift the
Oatmeal (100 g)

All-Purpose Flour (250 g)

Salt (2 g)

Baking Powder (4 g)

Baking Soda (5 g)
together and add to the wet mixture. Fold in the
Gumdrops (275 g)
.
Step 4
Roll out cookies by hand using a large cookie scoop to measure. Place at least 2-3 inches apart on a lined cookie sheet.
Step 5
Bake for 12-14 minutes in the preheated oven. Serve after cooled.
