Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (160 degrees C).
Step 2
Mix together the
Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (405 g)
,
Ground Cinnamon (15 g)
, and
Almonds (300 g)
in a large bowl.
Step 3
Add the
Pure Maple Syrup (300 mL)
and the
Coconut Oil (80 mL)
until all the ingredients are coated.
Step 4
Spread the mixture on a rimmed baking tray and bake for about 25 minutes, then stir, working from the outside of the pan in.
Step 5
Bake again for about 15 to 20 minutes longer until golden brown.
Step 6
Let the mixture cool completely before you add the
Dried Fruits (175 g)
and tansfer to an airtight container. The granola keeps for months.
