Cooking Instructions

Step 1
preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
Mix together the Ricotta Cheese (240 g) , Granulated Sugar (75 g) , zest from Lemon (1) and Salt (1 pinch) .
Step 3
Lightly flour your rolling surface and gradually roll out the Puff Pastry (2 pieces) with a rolling pin.
Step 4
Cut the dough into squares.
Step 5
Put 1 teaspoon of Just Jan’s® Fruit Spread (to taste) and one teaspoon of the cheese mixture on each pastry square.
Step 6
Bring the corners together and pinch the corners to seal.
Step 7
Beat Egg (1) and brush on pastry as an egg wash.
Step 8
Bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
