Step 1

In a cocktail shaker, add the Egg White (1) , Pisco (75 mL) , Just Jan’s® Meyer Lemon Curd (15 g) , and juice from Lemon (1) . Shake vigorously so the egg white is foamy.

Step 2

Pour in a cocktail glass and top with a dash of Angostura Bitters (1 dash) . Enjoy immediately.
