Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Pat the Swordfish Fillet (2) dry with paper towels.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix the Paprika (2 g) , McCormick® Garlic Powder (3 g) , Cayenne Pepper (as needed) , and a pinch of Salt (to taste) and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste) . Mix well.
Step 3
Coat all sides of the fish with the spice mixture.
Step 4
In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, add the Cooking Oil (15 mL) . Once the pan is hot, add the swordfish fillets. Cook on each side for 3 minutes, until the flesh is slightly blackened on the outside and flakes with a fork.
Step 5
While the fish is cooking, mix the Mayonnaise (30 g) and Sriracha (20 g) in a small bowl.
Step 6
In a medium bowl, combine the Red Cabbage (80 g) and half the Sriracha mayonnaise.
Step 7
Divide the cabbage between two plates. Top with the fish fillets. Spoon the remaining sriracha mayonnaise over the top of the fish.
