Step 1
Dissolve
Active Dry Yeast (6 g)
in warm
Water (240 mL)
. Stir in
Salt (6 g)

Whole Wheat Flour (240 g)

Olive Oil (30 mL)

Ground Flaxseed (80 g)
. Beat vigorously twenty strokes, then knead about twenty times. Let it set about five minutes.
Step 2
Bake pizza crust for about 8 to 10 minutes at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 3
Take out the pizza crust and load the toppings. Add the
Barbecue Sauce (1 bottle)
,
Mild Cheddar and Monterey Jack Cheese Blend (250 g)
,
Chicken (240 mL)
,
Onions (to taste)
and
Bell Peppers (to taste)
. Bake for another 8 to 10 minutes.
Step 4
Remove pizza from the oven and let it cool. Serve and enjoy!
