Step 1
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.

In a large bowl combine the
Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (225 g)

Pecans (100 g)

Shelled Sunflower Seeds (65 g)
,
Wheat Germ (40 g)
, stir to combine.
Step 3
In a small saucepan, add the
Brown Sugar (110 g)
,
Pure Maple Syrup (120 mL)
,
Canola Oil (80 mL)
,
Ground Cinnamon (3 g)
, and
Salt (2 g)
. Heat over medium high heat, stirring constantly until brown sugar dissolves (do not boil).
Step 4
Divide the granola between the two sheet pans and spread into a single layer. Bake for 10 minutes, stir the granola, spread out into a single layer and bake for another 10 minutes, until golden and fragrant.
Step 5
Remove from the oven and cool for 1 to 2 minutes before adding the
Dried Cranberries (120 g)
, and tossing together.
Step 6
Cool to room temperature and transfer to airtight storage containers.
