Step 1
Melt the
Coconut Oil (15 mL)
in a small pot over medium heat. Add the
Popcorn Kernels (20 g)
.
Step 2
Cover the pan leaving the lid slightly ajar. Cook for 2-3 minutes, shaking the pot often until the popcorn kernels are completely popped.
Step 3
Transfer half of the popcorn to a bowl, season with
Old Bay® Seasoning (to taste)
and
Garlic Salt (to taste)
as desired, then repeat with the remaining popcorn. Sprinkle the bowl evenly with
Parmesan Cheese (6 g)
as desired.
Step 4
Once taste is achieved, drizzle with
Avocado Oil (10 mL)
