Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
Bake Sweet Potatoes (1.4 kg) for one hour or more until soft and tender. Once cool remove skins.
Step 3
Add potatoes to food processor with Dark Brown Sugar (55 g) , Unsalted Butter (55 g) , Bourbon (30 mL) , Salt (3 g) , Fresh Ginger (as needed) , Ground Allspice (as needed) , Ground Nutmeg (as needed) , Ground Cinnamon (1 g) , Freshly Ground Black Pepper (as needed) , zest and juice from Orange (1) , Vanilla Extract (5 mL) , Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Eggs (2) and Pineapples (115 g) .
Step 4
Puree the mixture until completely smooth. Transfer mixture to a buttered baking dish. Bake sweet potato mixture for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 5
Then add Marshmallows (1 pckg) just enough to cover the top of the potatoes and bake/broil until then are nice and browned about 1-2 minutes.
Step 6
Serve and enjoy!
