Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Grease 3 small loaf pans and line with parchment paper.
Step 2
Combine All-Purpose Flour (250 g) , Granulated Sugar (150 g) , Baking Powder (6 g) , Baking Soda (2 g) and Salt (5 g) in a bowl. Stir Butter (1/2 stick) into flour mixture until combined.
Step 3
Add the zest and juice from Oranges (4) , Vanilla Extract (5 mL) and Egg (1) ; mix well.
Step 4
Fold in Fresh Cranberries (100 g) and Walnuts (125 g) . Then spoon batter into prepared pans.
Step 5
Bake in the preheated ovens for 45 minutes.
Step 6
Cool in the pans for about 5 minutes.
Step 7
Remove and slice bread. Serve and enjoy!
