Step 1
Combine Olive Oil (15 mL) , Balsamic Vinegar (15 mL) , Salt (to taste) , and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) in a small bowl. Whisk until incorporated, then set aside.
Step 2
Combine your Arugula (20 g) , Peach (1) , Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes (150 g) , Red Onions (20 g) , and Fresh Mint (2 g) in a bowl and pour half of your dressing mixture over. Mix lightly.
Step 3
Plate your arugula mixture and pour Farro (95 g) over. Top with your Burrata Cheese (1/2) and the last half of your dressing.
