Peach (1)

Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes (150 g)

Red Onions (20 g)

Fresh Mint (2 g)
in a bowl and pour half of your dressing mixture over. Mix lightly.
Step 3
Plate your arugula mixture and pour
Farro (95 g)
over. Top with your
Burrata Cheese (1/2)
and the last half of your dressing.
