Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Step 2
Combine
Ground Beef (680 g)

Egg (1)

Salt (6 g)

Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1 g)

McCormick® Garlic Powder (3 g)
,
Onion (1/2)
,
Oats (90 g)
, and
Panko Breadcrumbs (50 g)
in a mixer or by hand.
Step 3
Put meat mixture in meatloaf pan or a regular loaf pan.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, combine
Ketchup (350 g)
,
Worcestershire Sauce (30 mL)
, and
Dry Mustard (4 g)
. Mix well.
Step 5
Set aside about 1/2 a cup of the sauce for dipping if you wish. Pour the rest of the sauce on to the meatloaf and use the back of a spoon to spread it evenly throughout the meatloaf's surface.
Step 6
Bake for 45 minutes.
Step 7
Let the meatloaf rest for about 10 minutes before you transfer it to a serving dish. Serve with your favorite side dish! Enjoy!
