Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
Combine Canned Black Beans (425 g) , Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (10 g) , Vanilla Extract (15 mL) , Peanut Butter (215 g) , Honey (115 g) , and Baking Powder (4 g) in the container of a food processor. Process mixture until very smooth.
Step 3
Transfer mixture to a bowl and stir in Dark Chocolate Chips (175 g) .
Step 4
Roll dough into 2-inch balls and place on parchment-lined baking sheet. Press slightly to flatten.
Step 5
Bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 12 minutes. Enjoy!
