Author's Notes

Grind your lavender buds in either a coffee grinder or with a mortar and pestle. If you can’t find crumbled goat cheese, pop soft goat cheese in the freezer for about 5 minutes to make it crumble-able.

Whisk together Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (60 mL) , 2 Tbsp of Lemon Juice (1) , Garlic (1 clove) , Honey (7 g) , Dried Lavender Bulbs (as needed) , and Salt (2 g) .
Step 2
In a large bowl, gently toss together the Salad Greens (3 handfuls) , Fresh Mixed Berries (175 g) , Almonds (75 g) , Goat Cheese (60 g) , and vinaigrette. Top with Avocado (1/2) . Serve and enjoy!
