Light up the grill and cook the Pineapple Rings (330 g) , Red Bell Pepper (1) , Red Onion (1) and Jalapeño Pepper (1) over medium/high heat until slightly charred, 5 to 10 minutes.
Step 2
For chunky salsa, roughly chop Pineapple, Red Bell Pepper, Small Red Onion, Jalapeño, Tomatoes (2) , Garlic (1 clove) and toss with Salt (2 g) and Ground Cumin (as needed) . For less chunky salsa, throw everything in a food processor and blitz a few times until it reaches a consistency to your liking.
