Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Peel and grate Beets (420 g) and Onion (1) on a box grater. Mince the Garlic (2 cloves) .
Step 2
Place grated beets, onions and minced garlic in mixing bowl.
Step 3
Add in Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (15 mL) , Eggs (2) , Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (135 g) , and mix until well blended.
Step 4
Add in Feta Cheese (85 g) Fresh Basil (1 handful) , Salt (to taste) , Ground Black Pepper (to taste) , and stir.
Step 5
Set aside for approximately 30 minutes to allow oats to soak up liquid and mixture to set.
Step 6
Form 6-8 patties with your hands
Step 7
Coat pan with Coconut Oil Cooking Spray (as needed) and fry them on each side until golden.
Step 8
Serve with selected bread/buns and toppings of choice.
