Combine
Pumpkin Purée (1 can)

Dark Brown Sugar (145 g)

Honey (85 g)
, 1 Tbsp of juice from the
Lemon (1)

Ground Cinnamon (as needed)

Ground Cloves (as needed)
in a medium heavy-duty saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, reduce heat to low. Cook, frequently stirring, for 20 minutes or until thickened.
Step 2
When pumpkin butter is done cooking, transfer to a bowl and set aside, or refrigerate if not eating waffles right away.
