Author's Notes

You can adapt this recipe for a 6-quart slow cooker. Add the sauce ingredients to the slow cooker and broiled meatballs. Cook on high 3 hours, or 6 hours on low.

Cooking Instructions

Heat Olive Oil (60 mL) over medium low heat and sauté Yellow Onions (80 g) and Garlic (4 cloves) until onions are translucent, 3 minutes.
Step 2
Add Tomato Paste (170 g) and stir well. Add Canned Crushed Tomatoes (1.7 kg) and simmer 30 minutes.
