Author's Notes

To make your own peach syrup: Combine 100 g peaches and 100 g castor sugar and leave until peach juice has been extracted and the sugar has begun to dissolve. Strain out the pulp and add a splash of water to help the sugar fully dissolve.

Step 1
Combine BACARDÍ® Reserva Ocho Rum (0.8 fl oz) , Oloroso Sherry (0.3 fl oz) , Apricot Brandy (0.3 fl oz) , Peach Syrup (0.3 fl oz) , and Lime (1) Juice in a shaker.
Step 2
Shake and fine strain into a coupe glass.
Step 3
Garnish with a Lime Peel.
