Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with foil or a silicone baking mat and give it a light coat of Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed) .
Step 2
Place the Cauliflower Florets (55 g) onto the prepared baking sheet and transfer to the preheated oven to roast the cauliflower for about 10 minutes; flipping over about halfway through cooking. Once done, remove the baking sheet from the oven.
Step 3
Lightly coat a small cast iron or oven-safe skillet with Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed) .
Step 4
Transfer the roasted cauliflower to the skillet and top with the Bacon Bits (20 g) , Goat Cheese (15 g) , Fresh Mozzarella Cheese Ball (10 g) , and Spinach Pesto (30 g) .
Step 5
Finally, pour in the beaten Eggs (2) , and season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) . Place in the oven to bake for about 15 minutes.
Step 6
Carefully remove from the oven and enjoy right away!
