Step 1
Heat Olive Oil (15 mL) over medium heat in a large pot. Add Wild Mushrooms (300 g) and cook until they begin to sweat (release their moisture), about 5 minutes. Remove mushrooms from pan.
Step 2
Heat remaining Olive Oil (15 mL) in the pan over medium heat. Add Shallots (2) and Garlic (2 cloves) cooking until shallots are translucent and soft, about 3 minutes.
