Mix the Plain Non-Fat Yogurt (120 g) , 1 Tbsp of juice from Lime (1) , Honey (20 g) , Paprika (3 g) and Ground Cumin (1 g) , and set aside.
Step 2
Heat Oil (as needed) over medium/high heat in a large sauté pan then add Garlic (1 clove) and Corn (4 ears) Cook for about 15 minutes, flipping frequently, until corn begins to char a bit. Gently toss with 1 Tbsp of Lime Juice and Salt (5 g) .
