Step 1
In a large bowl, combine Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (180 g) , Almonds (110 g) , Dried Cherries (80 g) , Pepitas (35 g) , and Finely Ground Black Pepper (as needed) .
Step 2
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine Almond Butter (160 g) and Honey (85 g) , then heat in a microwave oven for 30 seconds, or until hot and pourable.
Step 3
Gently combine hot almond butter mix with the dry oat mix.
Step 4
Line a 9x13-inch dish with parchment paper and spoon your granola mixture in. Press firmly so that the granola is really compact.
Step 5
Pop granola in the freezer for 15 to 30 minutes to firm up, then cut into 9 to 12 bars.
