Step 1
Peel the
Zucchini (4)
with a peeler into long strips.
Step 2
Mix the
Egg (1)
and
Milk (240 mL)
together in a bowl.
Step 3
Soak the zucchini in the mixture.
Step 4
Combine the
Panko Breadcrumbs (25 g)
,
Seasoned Breadcrumbs (45 g)
, and
Grated Parmesan Cheese (25 g)
in a dish. Take the wet zucchini and coat with the crumb mixture.
Step 5
Heat approximately 2-inch deep of
Frying Oil (as needed)
in a deep pot and fry the strips in batches until a dark golden brown. Stir to ensure they cook evenly.
Step 6
Drain on a paper towel and sprinkle with
Salt (to taste)
while warm. Serve with some
Ranch Dressing (to taste)
if desired.
Step 7
Serve with ranch dressing and a squeeze of lemon.
