Out of everything I’ve ever made in foil, these Cinnamon Chips are by far the BEST! Paired with a sweet, tangy, slightly spicy salsa, this is one recipe you won't want to miss.

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2
Zest the Orange (1) by lightly grating the outside, stopping when you see the bitter white part. Then squeeze the juice from the orange into a medium bowl.
Step 3
Dice the Jalapeño Pepper (1) finely and add to the bowl.
Step 4
Add the Apple Jelly (170 g) to the bowl and mix. Microwave the mixture for 20 seconds just to smooth out any lumps.
Step 5
Chop the Fresh Strawberries (150 g) into small pieces. Cut the Fresh Cranberries (100 g) in half. Dice the Apple (1) .
Step 6
Place in a bowl and add the Fresh Blueberries (150 g) and Fresh Blackberries (145 g) .
Step 7
Finely chop the Fresh Cilantro (15 g) and the Tomatillos (2) . Add these to the bowl of fruit.
Step 8
Add the apple jelly mixture to the fruit, and mix gently, taking care not to break the fruit. Set aside, stirring once every few minutes.
Step 9
Brush both sides of each Flour Tortillas (8) with Butter (30 g)
Step 10
Sprinkle both sides with Cinnamon Sugar (180 g) .
Step 11
Cut the tortillas into even wedges, like a pizza.
Step 12
Place all the wedges into a foil "bowl" and loosely close the foil up. Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for about 15 minutes, or until the chips are golden and crispy.
Step 13
Serve the chips warm with the fresh, cold salsa.
