Step 1
In a medium bowl make the
Brownie Mix (510 g)
following the box instructions—but replace the water with
Bourbon (to taste)
.
Step 2
Pour the batter evenly into the pan and bake according to the box instructions.
Step 3
Let them cool completely then cut the brownies into strips approximately 1 inch wide.
Step 4
Slightly melt the
Chocolate Frosting (255 g)
to loosen it and frost the brownie fries on one or both sides.
Step 5
Before the frosting dries, top with a sprinkle of
Granulated Sugar (to taste)

Step 6
Let them set up and serve up those adorable, booze filled brownie fries. Dip with
Caramel Sauce (to taste)
if desired, enjoy!
